ABOUT US

 

The Mt. Hebron Progressive Baptist Association is composed of Baptist churches, pastors, ordained and licensed ministers of the same who are willing to adhere to the doctrine, discipline and ordinance of the Baptist Church.  This is a self-governing body practicing majority rule under the lordship of Jesus Christ. The membership retains unto itself the exclusive right of governing, in cooperation with its member churches, in all phases of the spiritual and temporal matters of this body.

 

Purposes

• Minister the Word of God to the faithful;

• Conduct a religious worship service through various forms of ministry;

• Promote and encourage, through the ministry of the organization, cooperation with other organizations ministering within a community;

• Spread the Word of the gospel through seminars, televisions, radio and other forms of mass media for the purpose of educating the individual in the Word of God; and

• Operate for any other purpose as set out in the Articles of Incorporation.
